How I Can Support You
I offer counselling in Marlow and online, supporting people in areas such as, anxiety, stress, career challenges and low self-esteem. I offer a calm and supportive environment for you to pause, reflect and take time to talk where you can feel heard and accepted.
Counselling gives you a space that is entirely yours. A place to slow down, talk things through and help make sense of what you're carrying, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You don't need to have everything figured out, we can start with wherever you are.
You don’t have to filter your thoughts or worry about saying the right thing. This is a place where you can simply be yourself. I can bring warmth and sensitivity to our work together, blending compassion with gentle curiosity, to help you reconnect with your own voice and sense of self.
I offer counselling support for areas highlighted below. However, you don’t need to label a specific area of support to begin counselling, many people I work with come to counselling for a space to be listened to and heard, to help them understand what they're feeling and why they may be feeling this way.
Anxiety & Panic Attacks
Grief & Loss
Depression & Low Mood
Low Confidence, Self-esteem & Imposter Syndrome
Career & Life Changes
Relationship Problems
Stress & Burnout
Lack of direction & purpose
You might be wondering whether what you're going through is 'big enough' or 'serious enough' for counselling. It's completely natural to feel like this. Many people who reach out aren't in crisis, they're finding life harder than usual, feeling overwhelmed or wanting to understand themselves better.
Whatever you're experiencing matters. You don't need to be at breaking point to seek support.
Counselling can be helpful at any stage, even when things just feel 'not quite right', or too much to hold alone and that's reason enough.
If something here resonates – even if you’re not sure why – you're welcome to get in touch whenever you feel ready.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You can just begin.
Counselling can offer a supportive space to reflect, gain insight, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences.
It can also help you make sense of what you’re feeling, notice patterns in your thoughts or relationships, and explore new ways of responding to challenges. Through counselling, you may also begin to feel more heard, more connected to yourself, and more able to express your needs and boundaries.
