Counselling Psychotherapy Therapy
Counselling offers a time and place which is safe and confidential so you can talk about yourself, your life and the things that bother you.

We shall work towards building a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship that enables you to explore your thoughts and feelings, work through difficulties and offers you the help needed to find solutions, in a way that is not always possible with friends and family members.

I understand it is not always easy to talk about problems and express feelings but by working together we may enable the changes you would like and improve your wellbeing.

While not giving direct advice and nobody should offer to ‘cure’ you, I may be able to give you a fresh understanding and new awareness, in which you can find your own insights that bring about meaningful change.
